Ivan Balabanov is the founder and owner of the world famous Ot Vitosha Malinois kennel and producer of the world’s finest Belgian Malinois. We breed dogs that are fearless, have a perfect work ethic, superior health and are excellent family dogs. All dogs that have completed Ivan’s Premier Protection Dog course, have proven time after time to be 100% safe with the family and easy to handle. However, don’t make the mistake of equating being good with the family, with not being able to do the job.
